There are several different options for tracking food in your Diary:

1) Manual search
Tap '+' bottom right in the app, choose the meal you would like to track. Then enter your keyword in the search bar, search for the food item by clicking on the magnifying glass in the keyboard and entering the keyword and track it by clicking on the food item and then on the Track button.

2) Tracking with the barcode scanner
Tap '+' bottom right in the app, choose the meal you would like to track. Then click on the barcode scanner icon to the right in the search bar.

3) Tracking via meal card in the Diary
Click on the "+" to the right in the meal card and then proceed as described under 1) or 2).

4) Tracking via Recent (food you tracked recently)
Tap '+' bottom right in the app, choose the meal you would like to track for. You will then see the Recent section below the search bar and can track by clicking on the "+" to the right in order to track the food item.

5) Tracking via Frequent (food you track regularly)
Tap '+' bottom right in the app, choose the meal you would like to track for. On the next page you see three little dots top right hand. Click on them, choose Frequent and then click on the food item to track and confirm by clicking the Track button.

5) Quick track
Go to your Diary, click on '+' and choose the meal you would like to track. On the next page you see three little dots top right hand. Click on them and choose "Add calories". Enter calories and title as well as macros and click on Track.





6) Tracking Favorites
Tap '+' bottom right in the app, choose the meal you would like to track for. You will then see the Favorite section below the search bar and can track by clicking on the "+" to the right in order to track the food item.

Go directly to Profile / Favorites and track from there.
