Where have all the meals gone from my Diary?
Before you could only select Breakfast, Lunch, Snack and Dinner. With the new tracking view you get to create the number of meals you have during the day. Depending on the time of the day and the food you select, the Ai will try to guess what kind of meal you are having - if you want to change it, you can still do so with the push of a button. Try it out!
Want to switch back to the old tracking view?
No problem! You can easily switch back to the old tracking view under Settings -> Customize Diary.

Food tracking with AI provides valuable insights into your eating habits, though it may not always be 100% accurate due to variations in food data and portion sizes. Perfect accuracy isn’t essential for achieving a better understanding of your daily intake and making meaningful progress toward your goals. If you are unsure about any information, double-check the responses, and for medical concerns, always consult a healthcare professional.
