A common request is to be able to sync Garmin data to Lifesum. While the product and development teams work on adding this capability directly in the app, there is a workaround.

It is possible to connect Garmin to Apple Health and import exercise data from Garmin to Lifesum that way. In order to do that, please follow these steps:

1. In the Garmin Connect app, tap on the “More” tab with the three dots in the menu. Scroll down to "Settings," tap on "Connected Apps," and make sure that Garmin Connect is connected to Apple Health.

2. In the Apple Health app, tap on "Sharing" in the menu at the bottom. Click on "Apps," and then click on "Garmin Connect." Make sure that all the data you want to import to Apple Health is turned on for Garmin Connect.

3. Open the Lifesum app, go to "Progress/Diary at the bottom menu, then press the profile icon in the top right corner. Then go to settings (the cogwheel in the top right corner), scroll down to "Automatic Tracking," click on the button “Activate”, then turn on all the data you want to import from Apple Health.
