In order to complete your purchase on the web, please make sure that you are log in to the web account with exactly the same account details as you are using with the Lifesum app (if you use Apple sign in with the app > please use it on the web, if you use email + password, please make sure you use the same email on the web)
-As soon as you have purchased Premium on the web it will automatically show in the app - usually it shows immediately, in very rare cases it can take a minute or two.
After you’ve purchased Premium on the web, please return to your app to start your journey with us.
