Please check if you have entered your email address correctly in the app. If you misspelled your email when creating your account we won't be able to send you a new password.
If you want to get a new password, first open the Lifesum app, then tap on Log in. After that tap on Forgot Password? at the bottom of the screen. Enter your email address and tap on Reset Password.
You will then receive an email sent to your email address. If you don't receive any email, please check your spam folder. Should you not receive any email, please contact us directly.
