How do I get access from Wellhub? 
If your subscription covers claiming the Lifesum offer, it should be visible for you in the Wellhub portal. 
 
To activate the Wellness portal, simply click on the Wellness banner inside your app to check all the partners’ apps available to you. Click on the Lifesum app description, and follow the steps for activation. 
 
Once you’ve successfully activated your account, either download or open the Lifesum app on your smartphone. Login with the same credentials as you used for claiming the offer, and you are good to go!
 
I can’t claim the benefit from Wellhub
If you don’t have a Lifesum account:
  • Make sure you activate Lifesum Premium through the Wellhub portal according to the steps specified there. It will not work if you try to activate Wellhub in any other way. 
     
  • Ensure that your Wellhub account is active and that the subscription plan hasn’t changed.
     
An existing Lifesum user with a Free account?
  • Make sure you activate Lifesum Premium through the Wellhub portal according to the steps specified there. It will not work if you try to activate Wellhub in any other way. 
  • When reaching the first page prompting you to either create a new account or log in to an existing account, log in to your existing Lifesum account using the same credentials as you use for logging in on the app.
     
An existing Lifesum user with a Premium account?
  • We are working on a solution for making this process smoother for you, but for the time being, you cannot claim the benefit through Wellhub if you already have an existing Premium subscription associated with your account. 
  • If you want to claim the Wellhub offer, you have to follow the instructions for canceling your current subscription in the store it is purchased from, and return once the subscription has fully expired. 
  • Please note that a subscription canceled for this reason will not be refunded as per payment provider policy. 
 
I didn’t get Premium even though it said I did
If you didn’t get Premium in the app or on the website Lifesum.com, even though you got confirmation on it, please reach out to us. 
 
I used to have Premium through Wellhub but now my account is free
If you have claimed Premium through Wellhub before, and your Lifesum account is no longer Premium, then your subscription status has changed with Wellhub. Please contact Wellhub's support for more details surrounding your subscription here: https://help.gympass.com/ 
 
My Wellhub subscription status has changed
If your Wellhub subscription status has changed, please refer to Wellhub to see which offers have been affected by the change. If your subscription on Wellhub isn’t longer covering the Lifesum offer, you can still enjoy easy food tracking and healthier living using Lifesum as a free user.
