There is always the possibility that there is a temporary issue on the chosen payment platform, App Store, Play Store or Galaxy Store - usually that means that you receive an error message and are unable to complete the purchase.
 
If you would receive an error like that, please make sure to contact our support or the support of the payment platform with a screenshot of the error message you are receiving.
 
A quick workaround would be to purchase the subscription directly on our website instead via the following link: https://lifesum.com/upgrade.
 
If would go for that option, please make sure that you log in to our website with the same email address that you are using in the app and the Premium subscription will will then automatically be added to your account.
 
Other reasons to why you may be unable to upgrade your account: 
  • The payment method entered in App Store, Play Store or Galaxy Store has expired. 
  • You already have an active subscription through either App Store, Play Store or Galaxy Store.
