What are streaks?
A streak is the number of days in a row you have tracked food in the app. Your streak starts at zero and increases by one each day you track. 
 
Please note: You have to track food in the app in order to continue your streak. Tracking only water or exercises does not count.
 
Why are streaks important for you?
It can be hard to get things going on your journey toward a healthier lifestyle. With streaks, you are reminded to track food every day so you can take charge of your daily routines and eventually form lasting, healthy habits.
 
Where can I find my current streak in the app?
Please go to the section Progress in the app. In the section just below your Life Score you will find your current and longest Streak.
 
 
The left column shows you your current streak. 
 
The right column dispays your longest streak ever of using Lifesum.
