If you are having issues when using Sign in with Apple, you may need to reconnect your AppleID to Lifesum. To do this, follow these steps:
1. Open the Settings app on your phone
2. Tap on [Your Name] at the top
3. Tap Password & Security
4. Tap Apple ID logins
5. Select ‘Lifesum’
6. Tap ‘Stop using Apple ID’
7. Return to Lifesum and try to log in/sign up again
