If you wish, you can exclude exercise calories from your calorie goal. This is one of our premium features!
However, in that case, it's important to pay careful attention to how you feel and make sure that you still have enough energy and drink enough water. We recommend that you track and consume your exercise calories since you otherwise risk having a too low energy intake. 

In order to turn on/off exclude exercise calories feature, go to your Profile and then Settings and scroll down to Diary Settings. On the bottom of the screen, you can turn the option on or off by swiping the button 'Burned calories included/excluded'. Activating the toggle will exclude exercise calories from being added to your calorie goal.
