A Premium purchase is done using one of the following payment platforms:

- directly on our website with either Paypal or credit card (depending on the country there is a chance that not both options are available)
- GooglePlay
- iTunes
- Samsung

This means that the respective payment is processed through the individual platform and the transaction number is generated by the respective payment provider, not Lifesum. So if there is any issue regarding a payment we need this transaction number in order to be able to investigate.

In case the Lifesum support team asked you for an order number/transaction ID, but you don't know how to find it, please follow the instructions below:

- If you paid via GooglePlay: please click on this link to see how you can find the order number. Alternatively you find it in the automatic email receipt you have received from Google after the purchase

- If you paid via Credit Card: you receive an email with a receipt after the urchase
- please check your mailbox (including spamfolder)

- If you paid via PayPal: you receive an email with a receipt after the urchase
- please check your mailbox (including spamfolder)

- If you paid via iTunes: please send us a copy of your receipt either by forwarding the order confirmation email from Apple or by making a screenshot of the transaction in iTunes from the purchase history
