If you receive a discount code, please - as a first step - make sure to understand if it is a web discount or an iTunes discount.
- in case it is a web discount, please redeem the code directly on Lifesum.com/redeem
- in case it is an iTunes discount, please redeem it directly in iTunes
If you have accidentally purchased Premium in iTunes / Google without redeeming the code provided, the solution is to cancel the subscription, receive a refund and then purchase the offer (including a code) directly on our website instead.
