For example: If you have purchased a monthly subscription but would like to purchase a yearly subscription instead, there are two ways for you to proceed.

Once you have proceeded with the refund and returned to the free version you can purchase a different subscription type.
2. If you have used your current subscription and would like to change subscription type the next time it renews you will first need to cancel your current subscription. You can read more about how that can be done here: https://lifesum.helpshift.com/hc/en/3-lifesum/faq/25-cancel-subscription/.
Once you have returned to the free version you can purchase a different subscription type.
Note: you will not lose access to your current data in the app once you go back to the free version.
