Many people have strong habits when it comes to food, you might for example eat the same breakfast everyday. With the feature 'Same as Yesterday' Lifesum shows you the items you have added to your Diary on previous dates. This function will it make it easier for you to track the food you regularly eat as you do not need to enter it again and again but can just choose from a list showing the food you regularly eat. Here is how it works:
When you open a meal from your Diary you will come straight to the section that shows the food items you have recently tracked under that meal. On top you have Same as Yesterday and below that you have Recent.
The logic behind what food you will see under each meal looks like this:
- Under Same as Yesterday:
- For all meals you will be shown what you tracked under that meal yesterday.
- Under Recents:
- Under Breakfast you will see the foods you have tracked for Breakfast for the past 28 days.
- Under Lunch and Dinner you will see the food items you have tracked for both Lunch and Dinner for the past 28 days.
- Under Snacks you will see the foods you have tracked for Snacks for the past 28 days.
The Recent items will be sorted from most recently tracked and descending.
