Currently, water can either be tracked with the water tracker in the Diary of the app on the phone or through the Apple Watch.
 
Please note: If you also want to track the calories of a drink you need to track those by tracking the drink through using items from the food database and Favorites. The water tracker just tracks the amount of fluid you enter.
 
 
Settings:
Under Settings/Water Settings you can define if you would like to track fluid by bottles or glasses. One glass is defined with 250 ml and a bottle with 500 ml. With the slider, you can define the amount of water per day.
 
(iOS: With every 30 minutes of training/activity the app automatically adds 250 ml to drink on top.)
 
In the Settings you also have the option to export your water consumption to Health.
 
How to track:
In the app on the phone you track water by clicking on the glasses/bottles.
In case you tracked too much water just click on the glass/bottle again and it will be emptied again.
 
In order to track e.g. 4 glasses at a time click on the fourth glass to the right - then all four glasses will be filled automatically.
 
​On the watch you can track water by adding a glass (Note: on the Apple watch you can only track glasses and bottles tracked on the phone will be calculated to glasses on Apple watch).

In order to see the water intake on previous days, please go to Progress and Statistics. There you can see a graph called Water Intake. ​
