Generally you can add exercises like this to your Diary:

1) Use a partner app for Automatic Tracking (Runkeeper, Fitbit, Apple Health or Withings)

2) Track exercises using the standard training list in the app

3) Track exercise using self-created exercises under Favorites

4) Track custom calories manually entered


Please follow these instructions:

1) Use a partner app for automatic tracking (Runkeeper, Fitbit, Apple Health)
Please go to Settings/Automatic Tracking and choose the partner you would like to connect to by clicking the button. Then follow the instructions. 

2) Track exercises using the standard training list in the app
Go to your Diary and either click on "+" and then choose Exercise or click on the "+" next to Exercise in the respective section. On the next page click on Exercise List. Then scroll through the list and track by swiping the desired exercise to the right or click on it, edit the time if necessary and then click on Add to Diary.

3) Track exercise using self-created exercises under Favorites
Go to your Diary and either click on "+" and then choose Exercise. Then click on Favorites. Track exercise either by swiping to the right or click on it, edit the time if necessary and then click on Add to Diary

4) Track burned calories manually entered
Go to your Diary and either click on "+" and then choose Exercise. On the next page click on Calories. Add a title and the calories and add it to the Diary by clicking on Add.
