Your Activity Level helps determining your recommended Daily Calorie Goal and can be accessed under Personal Details in your Profile. This is how it works:
How can I find and edit my Activity Level?
Your Activity Level is located under your Profile and then under Personal Details.
In order to change your Activity Level, press your current activity level and select one of the options.
What does the different Activity Level options mean?
The different options refers to how active you are in general during your day when you may not track all of your movements and activities.
There are four options:
Low: Little to no daily activity. For example if you have a desk job and your spare time consists mostly of reading, watching movies or playing video games.
Moderate: Light daily activity. For example if you work as a teacher or a sales clerk. And in your spare time you are walking or cykling to work and do light chores.
High: Physical activity consistently throughout the day. For example if you are a postal worker or waitstaff. And you are even more active in your spare time.
Very high: Physically demanding daily activities. For example if you work as a construction worker or a bike messenger. Or if you perform intense daily activities in your spare time.
Depending on which Activity Level you select, your Daily Calorie Goal will be updated accordingly.
Any exercise or training that is beyond everyday activities should be tracked manually in the Diary under Exercise.
What if I am importing my physical activities from an automatic tracker?
If you are importing your activities to Lifesum via Automatic Tracking your Activity Level is automatically set to Low as your burned calories are then imported to Lifesum and added to your Daily Calorie Goal.
